Solutions to over fishing!

One of the ways that the Over Fishing problem can be solved is by fishing for a while so the fish population can build back up. Another way that fishermen can fix the problem of Over Fishing is by throwing all of the female fish back in the ocean so they can make more fish. Next they could fix this problem by getting a license in order to fish. Last people could fix the problem of Over Fishing is by stopping recreational fishing.

I think that this problem has already gotten to far that nobody can fix it. The damage is too bad because all of the fish are dead. How can the species reproduce when they are near extinction.
